Whether you’re looking to re-ignite a spark, just out of a relationship or living your best single life, Lisa will be sharing her tips and tools to develop strong, healthy relationships. What better place to start than our relationship with ourselves!

What we will cover during the event:

• What is life coaching and how it turned Lisa's life around. 
• What are our ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) and how do we get rid of them?
• Are you a people pleaser?
• Should we be concerned about what others think? 

All relationships should have Love, respect and kindness… so how about we start with the relationship we have with ourself?

Then, we will talk about romantic relationships:

• Healthy conflict
• Love languages 
• Attachment styles

Plan for the evening: Arrive at 7:30pm to Charlie's Bar, get settled in and grab yourself a cocktail! Lisa will start at 8pm sharp with all the tips and tools to live your dream life, including relationship insights! Comfort break and chats from 9 - 9.30pm. Q&A from 9.30 - 10.15pm.
